    Hi there,

I have set up the follow conditions:

    - If Q36 is answered yes, the assessment ends and a custom message should be displayed.

    - If Q23 is answered yes and Q35 is answered no, the assessment ends and a custom message should be displayed.

    The message should be:

But when I use the form they are showing the message attached in screenshots (I have already tried deleting caches etc).

I have cleared your form cache from our end too. Additionally, I think the condition 8 - related to Q52 is conflicting with this condition:

If that's the case, you may change your above condition (condition 1) to include another IF statement - you can also change the State field to "Empty" depending on your work flow:

Do try this and let us know if the required outcome works.

I still want Q52 to have the 48 hours notice period message, so Q23 and 35 need a different message - so can't all be in the one condition?

As per the set condition, you are not changing the custom message for Q52 with the 48 hours notice.

The current standalone condition for Q52 is when Q52 is before today+2 - which is a positive scenario. There is no need to modify this condition.

But, in the above screenshot that I've shown, you are using a negative scenario for Q52 - i.e. IF Q52 is after today+2 or IF Q52 is empty.

Do try this and let us know if it works out.

    Hi there,

I have tried this and still the wrong message is showing.

    What else can I try?

Sorry for the confusion. Let me conduct further tests and I'll revert.

    Sorry for the confusion.

There are 5 different types of custom Thank you message on your conditions. What I would suggest is to combine the IF statements into one condition for one similar custom Thank you message:

Example: combine conditions 1 and 3 since they have the same custom Thank you message.

Could you try this approach and let us know if it works out?

    Hi there,

I manage to solve this by making the submission the message the same for all questions including Q52.

    Thank you for your help.
