    Hi there -

Is it possible to set up a form and validate the email address entered against a predefined list of email addresses?

Is it also possible to export the data in an excel format?

    Thanks!

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to validate the email address of the user is matching with a list or not?

If the predefined list is not a big list, you can add condition in form to achieve your requirement. If user's email address matches from the list, you can show a message to user in "Paragraph" field or perform different action. If you have long list of email addresses, I would suggest you to please add "Spreadsheet to Form" widget in form. You can upload an excel file with email data in the widget. When user input email address in form, it will check in the excel file and fetch the data form uploaded excel file and populate your form fields which will help you validate. Hope this helps.

I have moved your second question related to excel export to a new thread so that we can address it separately. You will be answered in the following thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2367903
