    400 Bad Request! Facing error

    Please help I am unable to download the form which i created. I wanted to download in separate folders ex .js and css

    but its throwing up an error as 400 BAD REQUEST

    Do you mean you want to download the form source code including the Js and CSS file? You can go to Setup & Embed > Embed Form then select Form Source and click the zip file link to download it. I was able to download the JS and CSS file without any issue by doing this method.

    Hi, 

     

    I know how to download the file my problem is that when I click it showes up an error as bad request. I cant download the files.

    Hi Parnitha,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. With regards to the issue, have you tried already clearing your browser cache and cookies as well as your form cache? If not, can you please give a try if that fixed the issue or not?
