Appointment filed: Maximum Attendee Per Time Slot is not working properly

    I have set a maximum of 3 attendees per session, the sessions say they are full even when no one has booked and sometimes it's just 1, yet it greys itself out and unable to be booked by someone. 


    Please can you tell me how I can sort this.

    I checked your submissions and I saw the issue. I also tested the on a new form and I was able to replicate it. The Maximum Attendee Per Time Slot option is not working properly. I will report this issue to our developers. We will inform you via this support ticket once the issue is resolved.

    Thanks, this is also happening on several other forms 

    I have created these so our sports clubs can reopen during the pandemic, please can you look into these ones as well?

    The issue is related to the Appointment field and it can be replicated on any form. I mentioned this in the ticket I raised to our developers. If there is any update our developers will inform you via this support ticket.

    Unfortunately, there are still no updates from our developers, we are unable to set an expectation of when will the ticket be catered and addressed. I will, however, send a message to our developers to remind urgency.
