    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

    You can enable the Form Accessibility under your form settings > Switch the Form Accessibility option to Enabled.

    Hello,

    It is a theme that doesn't comply with the Accessible format.

    For example, if the theme or template has textbox fields that are too smaller but, with the Accessibility option you will see what are the fields that need to be modified.

    You can check all our Themes/Templates here https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/.

    Here's how to fix that error;

    1. In the form builder, open the Form Designer

    2. Go to THEMES tab then apply the Default Theme by clicking Use Theme button. Example:

    If there's still any problem, please let us know. We'd be glad to help.

    As I said before, I don’t want to switch themes… I like the theme I have.
    How do I keep the one I have and not have accessibility problems?

    It is possible to mimic your form theme afterward. Please switch back to the default theme first by following the guide I previously sent then you can inject the following CSS code to your form to restore its theme.

    You can get the CSS codes here https://pastebin.com/raw/nWH9KNpm. Copy all of it and inject it into your form.

    Guide: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes

    The theme may not be fully visible on edit mode so please preview your form to see the actual theme. If there's any problem, let us know.
