Update Username

    Hi Support, 

    I need to update my Username to GlobalSettlements so I can have a custom URL for my forms. 

    Is there an option to have a custom domain of a current domain I already own?


    Please advise thank you

    Due to the HIPAA compliance enabled on your account, it's not possible to change the username, you will need to disable the HIPAA compliance, change the username and enable it back again. 

    Regarding your question about using a custom domain, this is possible with our enterprise version only, here are some links about how to do it as well as details about our enterprise version:

    Hi Kevin or Staff, 


    I disabled HIPPA and it did not allow me to change my username - does it take a few minutes  for the system to refresh and allow this change of username, please advise

    The username update is instant, I went ahead and update it now, kindly check your account and let us know if you have any questions.
