How can I fix the glitch on the e-signature at the end of my form?

My name is Julio and I work for a non-profit and we are using Jotform for have student apply for a scholarship. At the last page right before submitting the application, the sign form does not work and I am not sure how to fix it. I will be attaching the  URL of the application. Thank you for your help.

I've checked your form using the link you provided, and the signature widget seems to work just fine, I was able to sign the form. 

Please provide us more details on how is it not working? is the signature field unfillable? 

Also, please try another signature widget like e-signature, let's see if it will work.
