A form with multiple expiry dates?

We are inquiring if jotforms would support multiple expiry date triggers in one form.

For example, if we had one item expiring on September 21, 2020 and the second item expiring on December 21, 2020, could jotform send us a notification for each expiry?

I'm afraid that JotForm does not have such feature, but I think some workarounds can be implemented.

You may use a date picker to capture the current URL and then set up conditions to hide the element based on the current date.

You will find the date picker element on the "Add Form Element" section while working on the Form Builder.

This guide will help you to set up the conditions to hide the desired element based on the date: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

    I hope this helps.
