Duplicate email notifications

    I am receiving duplicate email notifications and duplicate submissions every time someone fills out my sample request form. Sometimes the duplicates are within minutes of each other, but today I am getting duplicates from someone that filled out their submission early last week! Please help. This is driving me crazy.

    For example, I have gotten FIVE submissions today... when I know that Lakin only submitted one sample request last week. Last week, it showed that she submitted the exact same thing 3 times. There is some sort of glitch! Help!!!

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    There were a few users who have reported the same issue these past few weeks, and a duplicate submissions usually happen when the thank you page is reloaded, wherein the user didn't properly close their browser after submission, and it triggers another submission when they opened their browser again forcing the thank you page to reload. 

    You can take advantage of using Unique submissions on your form to prevent duplicate submissions.

    Hi,

    The duplicate submissions problem is now resolved. We added some preventive measures to help deter unwanted resubmissions of the previous entry. This should not happen again.
