Conditions: Ability to setup conditions based on the state selection in the address field

Hello, I am currently trying to make a form that displays a certain question if the state/province of a shipping address has certain values (specifically NY, ME, or FL). The only field a conditional rule can be applied to seems to the Country field. Is this true, or am I missing something.

As I check your JotForm, it seems that you have already added separate fields for State and country fields in the address. We are sorry that it is currently not possible to setup conditions based on the other fields of the Address field other  than Country field. Let me forward the thread to our backend team as a feature request for evaluation. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any ETA at this moment. However, if there is any news you'll be updated here on this thread.
