Several questions regarding HIPAA forms solution

    I am looking to subscribe to your HIPAA silver plan.  I'd like to better understand the work flow once a new patient completes the registration form and submits it.  What happens next?  Does my staff have to log into Jotform to download the information?  How many users can I create for the silver plan.  Are we notified when someone submits a form?  I'd like to confirm that the download can be in a PDF format.  Once we download the form is the information automatically deleted from your server?  If not, how is the information purged from you server when it is no longer needed?

    Once the form is submitted, the data is saved in your Jotform account. We also send email notifications. The protected health information is not included in emails, however, this is possible to receive password-protected PDFs with data as email attachments. You can also download PDFs manually and receive them in Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box.

    We do not automatically delete the submission data, but you will be able to delete it at any time.

    You will have only one master account. Multiple accounts supported with Jotform Enterprise.
