Why are we receiving duplicated submissions?

    For some reason we're getting duplicate forms. We don't want these duplicate forms to count towards the final count per month we're allotted.

    Please advise.

    I have been checking your form and found two submissions from the user mla***229@gmail.com. The submitted data seems to be the same on both submissions. 

    Is your form embedded on a web page? 

    You may also contact the user and ask if they did not intentionally submit the form, it's also possible to set up unique submissions in order to prevent duplicated submissions that were sent by mistake, this guide will help you to do so: https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

    The duplicate submissions problem is now resolved. We added some preventive measures to help deter unwanted resubmissions of the previous entry. This should not happen again.
