Hi, I have a client that needs to have a form embedded into their website that has a drop-down that visitors could use to select from one of their 55 locations. The form response will go to their Constant Contact lists for separation there.

    My questions are:

    1. Can we create a form to collect a name, email, and selection from a drop-down

    2. Can I connect the form to the client's Constant Contact account back end for capturing info t the lists?

    Thnx!

    1. Yes, JotForm offers different field types and widgets you can use to build your forms, you will find the options you're looking for on the "Add Form Element" section while working on the form builder.

Here's also a guide about the available elements on JotForm: https://www.jotform.com/help/46-Quick-Overview-of-Form-Fields

I have moved your second question to a different ticket in order to assist you better and avoid confusion while discussing multiple matters on a single ticket, we will continue assisting you here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2369430

    Thanks.
