    Greetings!

I'm seeking your urgent support as I have created a form in Arabic and I have noticed that the writing\icons is from "LEFT to RIGHT" while Arabic language is the other way around "the writing\icons is from RIGHT to LEFT". Thous, I can't really use the form without solving this issue..

Really appreciate your kind support and guidance to solve this issue. As I'm sure you have a solution for this case but I couldn't figure how to do it.. :(

Looking forward for your kind feedback and support on this regards..

    All the best!

First of all, I would like to thank you for the quick respond..

secondly, while applying the form it looks okay. Although the lines are kind of not well organized..

However, in the form modification page (building page) its totally missed up, please refer to attached snapshot..

Moreover, could you please share the steps you have made to solve this case as all my forms will be in Arabic..

Looking forward for your feedback on the above comments.

secondly, while applying the form it looks okay. Although the lines are kind of not well organized.. — Some of the elements may not be translated correctly due to custom styling applied by CSS.

When form is in preview mode, it actually loads the previewed form inside an iframe which could also be a limitation in some other fields.

For instance, if there's widget in the form, that widget is loaded in an iframe, if you preview the form, it now loads the widget inside the builder's iframe in an iframe. There's a limitation when loading an iframe which won't allow you to access the elements which causes this styling mixed up.

As for the steps, with your current design, it needs to be customized per form so the CSS applied is not targeted as a global class, ID. Some of it is specifically targeting the fields id which might have a different class or id name in other form.

We are happy to help you with your other forms, just share the form URL's here and we'll help you convert it to RTL.

    Looking forward for your response.

    Hi,

Thank you for your explanation. Much appreciated!

However, unfortunately the final Arabic form (that you have manually modified) does not meet our expectation as the final layout and questions are not organized. I truly appreciate your usual support to suggest a solution so we can avoid such unconvince. In addition, the mobile UI is not user friendly & some of the questions are not appearing in a proper way. Thous, we can't ask any one to use it (feel free to check it).

"Just thinking out loud" if we change the type of edges, buttons, options, ..ex. can we avoid this issue?

Moreover, I highly rely on your valuable input on this regards as we "as an enterprise" are testing jotform and once it meets our expectation, we might subscribe to the enterprise version.

Really appreciate your kind and usual support on this case..

    All the best!

    Hi Abdullah,

I'm currently in the process of modifying the CSS so that it looks better, especially on mobile devices.

Please allow some time for this, I'll get back to you on this shortly.

    Hi,

I've made some adjustments on the CSS. Can you please take a look at it here?

It is by no means perfect, but you can maybe give us feedback where do the questions look disorganized.

    Looking forward to your answer.
