Hi
I want to link two fields together, however on field there is drop down that contains a list of item, and on the other field there are unique codes set out for the list each individual item on the list
I was wondering how can i make this work with a form.

Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.
You can link together two fields by using the conditional logic. I have made a sample form for your reference:

Hi @storagecu
This guide explains how you can set up a conditional logic between two or more fields:
https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Conditional-Logic-for-Online-Forms
You can configure your conditions by accessing you account, opening the form builder for the form you want to set up, then clicking on SETTING > CONDITIONS.
