Sent invitations but submissions not coming through

    I just started using Jotform and i have tried to email out Appointment Forms to and audience that I had on a webinar and they don't seem to be going through.

    Do I need to be on a paid account?

    I went to the form that I built - went to "More" - selected "Publish" - went to "Email" - then selected "Share on Email" - put in Email address - verified I wasn't a robot - I hit "Send" - it confirmed that it was sent, but I havent seen anything come through.  I sent it to myself to test.

    Can you provide any help?

    Hi there - I have checked your form and it looks like most of your invites' haven't responded or haven't seen your email yet. This can be the reason why you're still not receiving their submissions. You can click the "Resend Invitation" to remind them of your invitation.


    Do I need to be on a paid account?

    No, it's not necessary to be on a paid account to enjoy such a feature.
