    Wrong Custom Form URLs on Sub Accounts

    My username and login is associated with a shared account. How do I create a custom URL to a form so that the URL does not include my username?

    The URL that is created when I make a custom URL from my username is in this format:  "http://www.jotform.us/USERNAME/FORMNAME"  

    I would like to have the USERNAME appear as the administrative account username (that I am associated with), not my own username.

    I would like to have the USERNAME appear as the administrative account username (that I am associated with), not my own username.  

    It works like that, but currently it is showing the wrong link to you. So the correct link to form is:

    http://www.jotform.us/RockefellerCenter/Faculty-Rec-2014

    I have created a bug report link about this issue with wrong custom links on sub accounts.

    We will inform you once it is fixed.

    Thank you for your the corrected link and informing me that this is a bug.  It is good to know that all custom URLs that I attempt to create will be affected in this way so that I can make this revision before I point people to my complete forms.

    Hi,

    I am very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. This error has now been fixed and the correct custom url will be generated when using a sub account.
