Hi,
Unfortunately, you cannot collect credit card information via our forms, it's against our Terms of use.
You can only use one of the payment integrations to collect payments. Please take a look at this guide on how to use them: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Thank you!

I don’t need to bill or charge the person .
Stripe allows this function as I was told by another Jott form support team member. I need to know how to include on my form the credit card information without any details of an amount being charged. It’s almost all done I just can’t get rid of the amount that needs to be charged. I can show you my form if you like.
Best,
Ken

Hello Ken,
Yes, there is an option to charge a person at a later date as explained here: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization
But, it still does not allow you to collect credit card information. Once you enable this option, you will see a "Charge customer later" link in your Form submission, which you can click and automatically the customer will be charged.
However, if you do not want to bill or charge a person, why do you need the credit card information?
I checked your forms "Direct Billing Update Policy versions 1" and "Direct Billing Update Policy versions 2", but could not find an payment field added into the form. Do share the form URL with us and what exactly are you trying to implement on the form.
