The link for the form I created is not working! help!

When the link is clicked, instead of the form appearing, my client doesn't see it, they see the set up page. I had another form, but I deleted it and need this one. Link below.

It seems that the form you mentioned above is also deleted. However, I can see that you have one active form on your account.

Is this the form you're referring to: https://form.jotform.com/201536144704044? I just tried accessing it and it shows me the form.

Yes, I created a different one, and after playing with it, it now works.
