    Is it possible to get a copy of the responses by email?

    Try logging in to your account using exam_madrid_academy username then try accessing the link again.

    For email notification, when a response is sent by support team, the registered email on the ticket will always get a notification. Did you not receive it to your info@ingl-es-madrid.com email?
