    It seems that the issue is with the Theme you are using. If I switch to the default theme, the products seem to appear fine:

    I suggest cloning your form then try switching to the "DEFAULT THEME". Note that changing the theme will remove all your custom CSS codes, the reason why I suggested to clone it first.
