We are receiving duplicate submissions

    We are receiving duplicate submissions and don't know why.  Can it be prevented?

    Duplicate submissions occur when users do not close the Thank you page on their browsers after submitting the form. This very Thank you page reloads the next time they open their browsers which results in a re-submission.

    Simple way to prevent this issue is to implement a Captcha field on the Form. Captcha will present them with a challenge every time an attempt to re-submit a form is made.

    Now, only if they solve the challenge and then click on the Submit button, it'll result in a re-submission, so no automatic re-submissions will be made. You can implement the Captcha field by following this guide:

    The duplicate submissions problem is now resolved. We added some preventive measures to help deter unwanted resubmissions of the previous entry. This should not happen again.
