I am not able to update my billing credit card information

    Dear Authority

    My Jotform account is added one of my credit card but later on due to security reason i had got the card blocked. So the subscription for this month got failed. I was allotted new credit card by the bank so i tried to replace new card so i followed process by going to settings and billing and then clicked on change credit card i got an option to put Name and credit card details i filled and when clicked on add it did not add and remained on the same position. I tried many times to add new card but it is not letting me add new card so i am unable to subscribe account by new credit card. I request you to reset my previous card details from my account.
