Why my account is again sent back to normal I paid today morning?

    Please update my account ASAP, I had paid for the Service just Today Morning. and I am not getting the Service

    I did check your account subscription and it seems you have upgraded to Bronze monthly via PayPal I-6GGEGMS07MVS.

    However, it seems you have cancelled the subscription as your non-profit application has been approved.

    Your account is downgraded back to free.

    We have processed the refund for your subscription, you may upgrade again with the 50% discount for the non-profit.

    Please give us 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect your account.
