Create Separate Sections under the same form

Hi,

I want to create a Membership registration Form in jotform. 

Will it be possible to create Two Different Sections under one form (Eg. Section 1: Single Member & Section 2: Family with more than 2 Member?

Yes, you can create a multi page form as explained here: How-to-Create-a-Multi-Page-Form-with-JotForm 

Or you can use Section collapse field elements to create the two sections - Show-or-Hide-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Using-the-Section-Collapse-Field
