Emails Are Not Sent

    Hi, I am new to JotForm and I am havign an issue when testing the forms.


    when i test the forms thay are not being sent to my registered email, i have scheck spam and junk, they are not there?


    Any ideas

    Hi Roger,

    thank you for reaching out to us.

    I have checked your Forms Email History (which you can also do if you follow this guide)

    As you can see emails are sent out from our end by your forms:

    If you did not get these emails, you would need to contact your email service provider and ask them to whitelist these domains and IP addresses, because something is blocking the emails on their end:
