Emails not coming through from Jotform

    I dont seem to be getting emails from you guys, i have requested a PW reset but no email, whats going on, also when testing emails for the forms, i dont receive them.

    Hello Roger,

    Your email address is not on our bounce list. Your form emails are also configured correctly, so I see no reason why this would fail for you.

    The emails are likely filtered as spam to your end, so kindly double-check that first. 

    You can also view your email history to confirm the emails are sent.

    Here are suggestions that may help:

    1. Add noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender or contact list.

    2. Create a filter that would always move JotForm emails to your inbox regardless if it's spam or not.

    3. Whitelist JotForm. You can find our list here: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains.

    4. Set up an SMTP to send the form emails through your server, and authenticated through JotForm: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.
