Unable to view and download uploaded CV

    Hi

    I set up 2 forms on our webpage  www.changingtogether.com.au

    An Employment application and a Supplier application

    Both have downloads avail on the page - e.g. CV, Police clearances

    But when we receive them and go to download the cv your page comes up with 

    Whoops............ every time, please see attachment.  Please help

    This could be due to the privacy settings in your account. Please check if the options below are enabled in your Account settings page:

    If yes, either disable them or remain logged into your JotForm account to be able to view the uploaded files.
