Attach Terms of Business to form

in creating a form, is there an option to ensure someone clicks on a link first to read terms of business or read an attached PDF (terms of business) and then i can add a single choice question after to confirm they have read it before proceeding and submitting?

We have two widgets specifically for adding Terms of Business to a form:

- The Terms & Conditions Widget lets you add a link - so you could add the link to your PDF here. It also includes a checkbox for the user to agree with the terms.

- If you would like to display your Terms in text format, you can also consider the Short Scrollable Terms Widget.
