I’d like to use your Tenant application form template. What would I need to do to send tenants to the link and then for me to review the information that they filled out?

Now, if you want to receive an email every time your form is submitted, you can set up an email notification with your email address as the recipient. Please refer to this guide on Setting-up-Email-Notifications.
