Why did you suspend my account?

    My account is suspended. Could you please help me.

    Hi @Mehmet

    Your account was suspended because your were collecting tax numbers from users. For security reasons, this is only allowed when you add these two widgets to your form:

    Terms & Conditions: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/terms-and-condition

    E-Signature: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/signature

    In order to reactivate your account, we need your authorization to remove the offending fields from your forms. Once you regain access to your account, you will be able to add the fields, as long as you also include the widgets I mentioned.

    Thanks for your quick response Flavio.

    I was going to add e-signature and terms&conditions. To do that I started Docusign account.

    Could you please reactivate my account?

    Hi Kevin,

    I removed tax pdf form from my account but it seems my account suspended again.

    Could you please help me?
