Changing password and deleting account

    I need to delete the intakes@dana-group.org account so that I can use this email for the k.bray@dana-group.org account. I created the intakes account by logging in with Google, now I have entered the password to the intakes google account and tried other passwords, but nothing works. Can someone please help me with this? I emailed yesterday for help and never received a response.

    Hello Natalie,

    Thank you for contacting our support team.

    After checking our records, I have found that there is no JotFotm account associated with the email address intakes@dana-group.org. I did find two other accounts under the email addresses n.lane@dana-group.org and  k.bray@dana-group.org.
