    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

We have 2 options for you, the first one is the Configurable List: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/configurable-list, this is the demo https://form.jotform.com/61654821574965.

Or you can use the Infinite List https://www.jotform.com/widgets/configurable-list, with this widget you can just create a text box, this is the demo https://form.jotformpro.com/51302775889971.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

That is fantastic!!! Thank you so much, last question if I need help with the CSS design of the form (making the boxes equal, colors, fonts…) do you have a guide or something that would be able to help me out?

Hi! This is our official guide for the Configurable List widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget

There is section on styling the List as well in the above mentioned guide. Though it is not very detailed but looking at the code in it will give you a good idea. A Developer can easily figure out how to apply styles to this List by just looking at the generated HTML code.

Also, if you need our help in styling your List, we'll be glad to do it, just let us know.

If you have any other questions, feel free to get back to us.
