ZenDesk Integration Question

    We are looking for a way to integrate forms with ZenDesk.

    I looked at the integration instructions and video but have some questions that were not addressed.

    In addition to mapping a field in the form to a field in ZenDesk, is it possible to have multiple fields in the form added to the description field in ZenDesk?

    For example, I want to ask several questions in the form, and have all the answers be line items in the ZenDesk ticket description field.

    Additionally, can the customer upload multiple files in one submission?

    Do the uploaded files count against the plan storage capacity?

    The integration does not support to map multiple fields from the form with one field on the third party app; however, as an alternative, you may pass the data from multiple fields to a long text entry and then map this with the description field on your Zendesk integration.

    Additionally, can the customer upload multiple files in one submission?
