Hi I have been having some issues with one of my forms. Some orders get duplicated days apart and just this week I had an order that was originally made on May 7th come into my inbox on June 3, 2020 with no action on the part of the customer.

Could you please provide us with the submissions ID that are duplicated and the form URL/ID?

Hi,
The duplicate submissions problem is now resolved. We added some preventive measures to help deter unwanted resubmissions of the previous entry. This should not happen again.
