Customer support for people filling out forms

    Hi, 

    I tried to search FAQs for a question one of my survey-filler-outers but didn’t see it. 

    they would like to know how to return to a saved survey they have started filling out but didn’t finish. Do they have to keep the browser open for the survey to save their work? 

    I have at least 7 unfinished surveys, people but I can’t see who those surveys belong to. Can I retrieve this information?

    Hi Brandy,

    Please check also our user guide  : How to Enable Autofill on Forms

    The users will be able to continue the session anywhere/anytime as long as they have access to the session link.

    They will see a screen similar to below when the saved the session.

    They can retrieve the session link from their email.

    You can review the incomplete submissions /or saved sessions in the Submission page of the form. You will see the Incomplete submission inbox.
