Customization Question: I need some specific help is the customization of how we receive the submission.

I'm looking for a new form provider for our website. We only have two forms on our site and neither is overly complicated. Where I need some specific help is the customization of how we receive the submission. 

#1 With JotForm can we create our own subject line? 

#2 Can we customize the form submission email body or use plain text? 

#3 Can the submissions be reviewed in any other way than emailed to us? For example, POWr allows us to automatically import submissions to a Google Sheet.
