Getting duplicate submissions for forms

    We are also now getting duplicate submissions for forms.  Is there a way to see if it is form related?

    Could you provide us the URLs (links) of the forms presenting the issue, and also the ID of duplicated submissions?

    Here is the submission IDs we are having duplicate submissions on:  4676903190111419558 Also, we are still getting duplicates and today we even received a duplicate submission from back in February.

    any help appreciated!

    I have tested a cloned version of your form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/81865025805964 but I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

    May we know if the form is embedded to a web page?

    May we know if you are able to duplicate the issue at your end?

    I have cleared your form cache.

    Please test again and let us know if the issue still remains.

    Hello, we are also getting duplicated submissions.

    For example, one of our pilots submitted a form on June 1st (the day when he was supposed to submit a form as per his job duties).

    Then yesterday the same form was received for him. Initially it looked like he submitted his form 2 weeks late and he got in trouble. After further investigation, it was discovered that he, in fact, submitted his form on June 1st but somehow a duplicate submission was received yesterday.

    Our CEO is asking that we look into another service that doesnt have this problem.
    Please help so that we may continue to using Jotform. I really like your service.

    Hello, we are unable to duplicate the issue but have seen it happen with three different forms we utilize. These are not embedded in any web pages either.

    It is possible that the users did not close the Thank You page after they submitted the form and that the Thank you page was reloaded later which triggered another submission. You can prevent duplicate submissions with the Unique Submission and Unique Question features.

    Hi,

    The duplicate submissions problem is now resolved. We added some preventive measures to help deter unwanted resubmissions of the previous entry. This should not happen again.
