How do I make a refund?

We are testing the system before we roll out the email blast and we need to know how to make a refund if needed. Thank you.

This should be issued from the payment gateway you've used on your integration, for example, if you have used PayPal, you need to go to your PayPal account integrated to your form, find the charge and issue the refund from there. 

The submissions will include the transaction ID which can be used to search the transaction on your payment gateway.
