Can cells confirm data is in Salesforce?

I am wondering..... I have a question on the Jotform that needs a code. Its called "Startup Code" and that code is generated in Salesforce.

Is there a way as the code is entered that your jotform is able to check Salesforce's  records to confirm if the code is in the Salesforce database? 

By default we do not allow any Javascript added to the form, but if you have another type of script, it might be possible. Please share to us the code that you need to add so we may review.
