Receiving duplicate notification emails

    They one submitting the form only did so once but we’re receiving emails of their submission at least once a day. “Rebecca Swanson”

    From our server logs, I see you have been sent recently with two notifications for each submission. Are you experiencing this issue with only this form?


    Could you please delete the notification and create a new one to see if this fixes the issue.
