How can I create a subscription page withouta reoccurring payment?.

Asked by jenniferfernandes on July 03, 2013 at 10:11 PM
I've set up a form with options for 1 year & 2 year subscriptions. Both went through okay, but I see that the completed order e-mailed from PayPal shows up as 3 separate functions for each order. Here are the subject lines for the order: You have a new automatic payment profile for subscriber You received a payment Profile cancelled So it appears it is creating a recurring payment, then cancelling that then creating a regular order. It was the same for both 1 & 2 years. Please help - I just want it to create a regular order each time.

    Hi,

If you are going to ask one time payment you can use product option instead of subscription. However, if you'd like to make a one time subscription payment, you can simply set it's recurring limit. It's on the subscription wizard option.

I hope I got your question correctly. Let us know if I have missed something. Thanks!
