I submitted an application using Jotform and there was no confirmation email

    Hi,

I submitted an application to a prospective employer using Jotform at their request. When I completed submission I got a page with a green check saying the submission had been received but there was no email confirmation sent--which I thought was a bit strange since the Jotform had asked for my email.

It could be that this was included just so the prospective employer could contact me via email, but I just wanted to be sure that there wasn't supposed to be an email confirmation and that I can be confident my submission was received (without having to call the prospective employer to confirm). If you'd be so kind as to please let me know if it's normal, I'd greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks so much,

    Bill

    Hello Bill,

It is possible that the prospective employer may not have setup an autoresponder email in the form, which would send the email confirmation to you.

Could you let us know the form URL to check, please?
