Downloading forms

Hi

We're using the online free forms for our intake of new clients.

We have recently experienced that not all fields are downloaded when we try to download the form. Fields such as emergency contact details and occupation seem to be the problem

Could you please explain.

Can you please confirm how are you downloading the form, in what page? In what format, PDF, Excel, CSV?

Kindly share a sample submission ID so we can compare the data directly.
