How do we decrypt a form data?

We started encrypting form and saved private key but then we turned off encryption so now we getting normal data but in whole pdf few customer form is encrypted data how do we decrypt it, we have key and not lost it?

On the submission page, are submissions already decrypted? Can you please confirm if you are only experiencing this in the PDF document?

You may try enabling the form encryption again and use your existing keys and then decrypt it again. However, be sure to use the correct private key for it.
