Account Usage and Limits

Hey I am looking to build a bookingform, which we have to collect a lot of information from our clients. The plan is to add this booking form to our webpage and whenever people booked a trip, they will go and fill out the form.

I am confuse with some of part of your payment overview and do not know what it actually means, do you have a more detail description of the packages?

what do you mean with:

xxx submissions , receive xx Payments?   

x forms, is this mean we can create only 5 forms in total?

xxx monthly form views, is this mean how many time people open the form, even they are no fill it out?

Maybe if you are able to send me more details it would be easier for us to decide which package is suitable for us.
