Save and view submissions on iPad.

I have set up a form for my clients to fill out. I receive it but o need to store their form on iPad in a folder which will be alphabetical. Which my staff need to see full results of form

To my understanding, what you're after is downloading submissions of your form, so that you can store/view them using iPad.

If so, kindly note that you can export submissions as PDF, Excel and CSV files, which can be opened using iPad.

You can also add Google Sheets integration to your form, then normally view the integrated Sheet using any web browser on the iPad.
