Hi,
I have a form that has code words as questions. I want the form sent out to the person who fills it out as long as they give the correct passcodes. Is this possible?

Greetings,
You can create the following workaround that will send person that fills the form email with submersion data if several conditions are met:
1) First, you need to add Email element and make it required:
You need also to Hide that field, so by default users won't see it (it will be only available when user enters correct passcodes):
2) Then you need to set that Email field as a recipient for your Autoresponder that sends submission data to the email:
3) Finally you need to set condition that will make your Hidden Email field visible if all these conditions are met: Code Word fields is equal to some specific values (I set tes1 test2 and test3 as a demo passcodes):

Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance!

Thanks!
Is there a way to change the sender of the email to appear like it is sent from my organizations email and not from Jotform.

Hello,
Yes, you can have email notifications with a custom sender email address. Please follow the instructions given in this guide below:
How to Add a Custom Sender Address to an Email Alert
If you have your own SMTP server to send the emails, you can check this guide instead:

Please check and let us know if you have any further questions.
Thanks!
