    How do i add a form to my instagram business page.

    Hi @Chateauxlachic

    There is no option to embed our forms on Instagram at this moment, as Instagram do not offer such feature. Instead, you could share the link of your form in your Bio.

    To get the form link, you just have to go to the PUBLISH tab, then get the URL and share it anywhere you like, including your Instagram account.
