Incomplete Values: error when submitting form

Hi I have just built my form however I am getting an error when testing it.

There is an 'I agree' tick box at the end which I have made mandatory. But even though I have ticked it, it comes up with an error (see attached).

Can you help please?

I've check your form and that "Incomplete Value" error message is caused by "I agree" field as it has no option defined to be selected:

So, even you tick that checkbox, if it has no option it is still considered as not to be filled. Hence, as it is mandatory to be filled, causing an error. To fix that, you need to simply add option with any desired text:
